Welcome to Goschie Farms
Our family has been farming in Oregon's Willamette Valley for more than a century, and can't wait to see what the next hundred-years will bring! We're primarily hop-growers, and as a result of our cooperation with brewers around the country our hops continue to find their way into some of the nation's best beers.
We grow more than just hops, though. Our grapes contribute to some fantastic regional wines, and our other crops nourish people around the world. Explore the sections below to learn more about what we grow and how we grow it.

How We Grow It
Sustainability is paramount to our operations. Because we depend on the Earth for our livelihood we work hard to ensure that our farming is planet-friendly.
In keeping with that commitment, we:
- We were the first hop growers in the state to practice micro-irrigation
- Utilize farming techniques to promote beneficial insect activity
- Partially operate our facility using solar power
- Strive to limit the use of chemicals
And we're working to do more each day! Thus far our efforts have met with some success - we were the first hop-grower to earn Salmon-Safe certification. Today, every acre we farm is certified Salmon-Safe!
